World Mental Health Month - October 2023

Mental Health and Stress Awareness Month is an initiative that aims to raise awareness about mental health issues and stress management strategies.

 

The goal of Mental Health Awareness Month is to foster an open dialogue about mental health, promote understanding, and encourage people to prioritize their mental well-being. Mental health problems, such as depression, anxiety, substance abuse and job stress are common, affecting individuals, their families and co-workers, and the broader community.

It's an opportunity to remind everyone that mental health is just as important as physical health and that seeking help and support is a sign of strength, not weakness.
