The 21-day Happier, Healthier Habits challenge took place in October 2020 to mark World mental health Day. This 21 day challenge was attended by 2000 people that participated in a global organizations community experience. The online offering united many satellite offices and was run at two different time zones.
Each session was recorded and shared in canteens all over the world for those who were not able to attend live. Mark Joe held space for one of the largest and most successful organizations in the world - Givaudan (est 1895 in Zürich Switzerland).

21 Day Pro-Active Mental Wellness

“Merriam-Webster defines authenticity as, “true to one’s own personality, spirit or character.”
An authentic person is self-aware and knows who they are in terms of emotions, values and competencies. Their outward behavior emulates their self-awareness, and others’ opinions of them doesn’t affect their behaviour.
When your actions align with your who you are, you’re more likely to pursue your passions, believe in yourself, and feel confident in your opinions. On the flip side, inauthenticity can negatively impact your mental health, leading to a vague sense of purpose.

Being your authentic self also means being honest and true with those around you, which allows you to build constructive, deep and meaningful relationships

Authentically You

'All work and no play makes for a dull life.'
As professionals around the world feel increasingly pressed for time, they’re giving up on things that matter to them. A recent survey states, most people could name several activities, such as pursuing a hobby, that they’d like to have time for.

It’s no surprise that by giving yourself this mental space, and focusing on feelings, you can reawaken your creativity.
Neuroscientists have found that rational thought and emotions involve different parts of the brain. For the floodgates of creativity to open, both must be in play.
This programme will highlight the importance of play in your life and offers ways to play more grounded in an understanding of well-being and neuroscience
