Keynote Talks
Before 2020 Mark was booked daily by his loyal clients to deliver talks for townhall events to team interventions. During lockdown Mark's work went online, thereby opening his world to the international market.
His talks were used to unite global satellite divisions within massive organizations.
As well as holding space for global companies, Mark is often invited to universities, wellness institutions, schools and religious institutions to share his learning's and wisdom.

This pro active wellness platform then became the 14 week Mindfulness Teacher Training program as was adopted by RMB experimentally.
It then expanded to First Rand wellness through the wellness director Megan Grey during the pandemic and then to other organisations I provide this valuable service to.
To date I have trained hundreds of FNB staff to run sessions internally and hold safe spaces for their staff.
Other massive organisations have adopted my model to their wellbeing strategies and I work closely with wellness and HR professionals as we develop on going strategies for resilience and tenacity.
The sessions are imbued with practical exercises that one can start to practice immediately and share, they becoming ambassadors in their own right.
The theory is logical, emotional and life changing delivered in a playful and engaging way. I look forward to welcoming you to the mindful revolution.

Future Fit in the World of Ai
Mindfulness has spread across the world in the last two decades as the proactive champion for mental wellness. For the first time we now are encouraged to not place all of our mental wellbeing in the hands of professionals but to become our own professionals and healers.
Neuroscience has proved that as we work on focus and prioritising the present our brains change shape for a healthier reality… this is called ’neuroplasticty’, the fact that the brain changes shape.
It now challenges the previous understanding that the brain was fixed and to alter thought patterns and world view was mostly out of our control.. we gave our power away.
Our biggest challenge as we grow in this understanding is our relationship with technology… especially our phones.
George Lucas reminds us that ‘Your Focus Determines Your Reality’, perhaps so does our lack of focus… therefore the need to prioritize the present.

Attention Management
The statistics are that 5 out of 6 employees will lie about taking sick leave for their mental health for fear of being judged negatively. The stigma of poor mental health is found not only in the workplace but also in communities and families, so much care and compassion is shown for physical illness and disability but when it comes to holding space for mental illness we are still so very far behind.
Our children are learning at school to be more sensitive around these issues and the professional sports world is also stepping up with leading athletes deciding to not compete due to their mental well-being.
There is a sensitivity as to how to bring this message to the corporate world in a firm but sensitive manner. Mark has the ability to address these issues with a certain formula for gently exposing the stigma and then providing pro-active solutions to introduce strategies.
So much of our mental struggles are fuelled by this stigma making many feel ashamed to ask for help. It's now time to change that.

Breaking the Stigma of Mental Health
A recent survey found that more than 40% of participants reported feeling
physically and emotionally isolated in the workplace. People want more connection with those they work with.
So how can companies connect more effectively with employees and help them feel like they belong within their workplace community? The survey points to one simple solution: establish more opportunities for colleagues to check in with one another.
39% of respondents feel the greatest sense of belonging when their colleagues check in with them, both personally and professionally. By reaching out and acknowledging their employees on a personal level, companies and leaders can significantly enhance the employee experience by making their people feel
valued and connected.
We are learning that the Bravest thing is … to ask for help. Asking for help is not giving up - it’s refusing to give up.
And that the moment we have been our strongest is when we showed our weakness.
